Scheduling a Party

I'm located in the Louisburg, Kansas area. I'll drive an hour to lead you and your guests in a party. All I need you to provide for your painting party is a water source, table, and chairs. I'll provide the paint, brushes, canvases and everything else. I am fairly flexible and can schedule painting parties during the day or in the evenings. I'd love to plan a painting party with you! Prices 

Minimum of 8 to 14 painters - $30 per person

15 to 25 painters maximum - $25 per person.

Tips for Planning and Scheduling Your Painting Party

3-4 weeks before:

• Contact me to set a date for the party.
• Choose the painting design that you and your guests will paint so that I can ensure that I have the appropriate paint colors.
• Send out party invitations to your guests. Be sure to let guests know that it may take 2-3 hours to complete their painting. Ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to settle in before we begin painting. 

1 Week before:

• I will contact you to finalize details such as starting time, location and number of guests to insure that I arrive at your party with plenty of supplies. 

1-2 days before:

• Remind all attendees of the party time and what they should wear (old clothes or apron).
• Make sure your camera is ready and working. Taking photos throughout the night will allow you and your guests to re-live painting fun.

1 hour before:

• Set up a work area for each guest that includes plenty of elbow room and a stool or chair. Long tables work best. They allow plenty of room and the chance to socialize! 
• Cover any area that you don't want paint on with craft paper or disposable tablecloths.

30 minutes before:

• I'll arrive and set up canvases, brushes, paint, etc. for each guest. 
• Finish up any last-minute food and drink prep.
• Fill water basins or glasses to use for cleaning brushes..

Just before the guests arrive:

• Check to make sure each work area is marked for each guest and ready to go.
• Relax and get ready to have FUN!
